Terms and Conditions

The services which are offered to the customer(s) by RemovalPlus 365 ltd. are subject to the following terms and conditions. The customer agrees that by confirming a booking, they also agree to the terms and conditions of the service which are set out for them.

  1. If for any reason the customer’s boxes/bags/lose items or any furniture which are protected/packed by themselves and not from our crew and it breaks during lifting/moving, due to It being overfilled, not taped properly, or using a poor quality box or while the goods are in transit, we will not take any responsibility.
  2. The Insurance will cover your goods from any accidental damages during your move and is only available to those who have taken out the insurance from us or have provided their own at the start of their agreement.
  3. Our quotation will only Include the removal of the Items already agreed upon. Should you require other items to be moved (that were not on our quotation) during the removal day, we can sometimes accommodate but these will be charged at an additional rate to be agreed upon.
  4. The customer will be responsible for making sure that any bulky furniture that requires moving from one room to another room or from the current location to the new location fits.
  5. Self-loading/unloading option- we will not take any reasonability on how the goods have been loaded /unloaded into the van by you without any assistance from us.
  6. If the Customer does not want the furniture(s) to be protected with a furniture cover or shrink-wrap (which may incur additional charges), the customer will need to sign a separate damage waiver form. This will release our company from any liability for any damages.
  7. Dismantle any Items that were previously assembled in the room the item is in, due to the size, weight, or nature of the item prohibiting it from being able to be moved into, out of, and throughout the property without being dismantled, unless agreed by us in writing.
  8. The goods to be removed are your property or the person(s) who own or have an interest in them have given you authority to make this contract and have been made aware of these conditions.
  9. We have to pay parking or other fees or charges to carry out services on your behalf, such as parking fines due to not finding a safe place to park.
  10. We reserve the right not to move any item(s) that cannot be moved safely in their present condition unless the Customer signs a Damage Waiver.
