Our Policy is as follows; the first hour of waiting time are free of charge as we are aware sometimes there can be delays, however, after these 2 hours pass, we then charge £40/h.

We have 2 options available for your convenience. You can choose to pay us by the hour or at a fixed rate. Our customers usually go for a fixed rate for big moves.

If you choose to go with one of our premium packages, packing materials are included. Otherwise, we do sell or rent out packing materials. Just give us a call to discuss your preferred options in further detail.

For the safety and legal reason, we cannot take following items in our vans.

  • Dangerous and illegal items (including weapons and chemicals)
  • Perishable foods
  • Pets
  • Items over a certain value

We understand that oftentimes customers do forget to add some items but do not worry we provide an extra 2 cubic metres for free if you have extra items, however, anything more than this will result in additional charges which can be discussed at the time. Be assured that we will only charge you a reasonable rate.

One passenger may travel in the van with the driver at no additional cost; however, this must be requested and approved prior to booking.

Yes, we are fully insured with Goods in Transit Insurance.
